So I'm just heading for the shop when my cell phone rings.... It's my boss.

"Hello?"
"Brian, it's Aris. You're not sounding too good. Maybe you should take the day off."

It's about time I got to do it... You know how often I have to listen to people telling me they're on the way to the lake? ;-)

51 miles, 35.4 mph max speed, 12.4 mph average.

But I'm paying for it today. Stiff and sore.... Plus we just had a load of Hobie Kayaks delivered that we had to sort and stack.

It's all good.

Was it awesome Texan Ross Perrot that said,
Get on your hands and knees and
Bark like a.... Dog.

My boss just told me to get to work!

Hey PD,

On this particular day I was windsurfing. Even in my crazy H-17 days, I probably wouldn't have gone out on a cat in the conditions we had Friday. Gusts were regularly in the mid 30's. I had some pretty spectacular wipeouts as it was.

I was on an old Mistral Classic 276 slalom board with a 6.5 m2 sail. My best speed ever on this board is just over 39mph.
