What did you use to get the telemetry on the video?

I made an Excel macro to combine GPS data with weather data to calculate all the stats. (The wind info is from the nearest weather station and doesn't include gusts.) I then fed that into a custom setup I made with Dashware to overlay it on the video. http://www.dashware.net

Very cool! I really like the circle chart on the left.

I have another question on the sailing, I noticed that thru most of the video, your main sheet was almost slack. Is that normal? It seems that I almost always crank mine down to some firm tension at a minimum, and when it get windier, I crank it down even harder.

I am not an experienced sailor, but it seemed to work for you, so I may have to experiment with that next time I am out.

The wind was pretty light that day, and the video is mostly my downwind route. I just trimmed the sails to the tells (roughly :? ) Not sure if that was the best way to do it, but it's the best I know.
