I just upgraded my seaway blobks to a 6:1 Harken stetup with a

2605 BLK-57MM CARBO TRPL W/BKT

Description Triple/swivel/becket

Where would you fix it....I´m using the middle block hanger...and the main sheet does not seem very vertical...more like inclined aft...

Thanks

The sheets should angle aft to give compression force forward against the mast to hold the mast in rotation.

The middle of three hangers on my 18 is bent likely because of too much pressure, so I've moved to the hanger closest to the rear cross bar.[/i]

I use the middle hanger on my 18 boom and took the others off. Kept hitting them with my head or hanging them on the harness/jacket.
