How do I determine where to drill the holes for the castings in my new EPO2 rudders?

It's a Hobie 20 I'm putting the new rudders on.
Should I be concerned that the holes in the template don't match the holes in the old rudders?

The original H20 blade does not fit this template. The locations marked "20" are the new locations for the H20 using the EPO2 blade.

If you have confidence in your Hobie dealer and if they have a drill press, you could ask them to drill the holes for you. If you forked over a bunch of dough for a new set of rudders, they probably wouldn't hesitate.
