Hey thanks mbounds. I'll have to look into the 161s. It still may not work in my case though. Check out these pix. Not as clear as I'd prefer as they were taken with the 'ol crackberry. As you can see the flaring at the bottom of the rollers is clearly conflicting with the rivet I mentioned.

I suppose I could elevate my rollers (or the bottom plate of the harken 161) with washers enough to give the needed clearance. But then I'm into jerry-rigging it, having to buy the exact screws needed only longer, and then only to end up with misaligned rollers respective to the cleat and being higher off the bottom plate the roller set up would be weakened. I dunno....
I'm a little confused honestly, I thought these parts were made for each other and to have them not fit like this is a bummer.
