I need to replace the rope for raising/lowering my centerboard. Anyone know what size, length and type of rope to use? Are there any tricks involved in this operation, or is it straightforward? Also how many knots do you tie?

Thanks
Mark

The line is 3/16" (2 feet long).

There is a tech piece in the support area:
