I recently bought a Hobie 10 - it has some cracks in the deck. How would I set about repairing them?

I guess I had better expand the question - do I sand the crack open, repair with epoxy (and fibreglass) and then use the gelcoat repair kit to match the color? Or just sand and repair the gelcoat? I want the finish to look good - the boat is in good condition despite it's age.

If they are simply cosmetic cracks them a simple putty could fix them. If they are structural cracks then you will probably need to let someone that is use to working with fiberglass to work on it. E-mail me some pic's and I will see what I can get out of them.
