Here's Cindy's latest vid from our outing on Sunday down at Point Lookout. There was no wind at all initially, so she went nosing around in her Revo looking at critters and such while I tried to scare up a breeze with the TI. Eventually a front came through and we had great sailing for the last 90 minutes or so, before we had to start the long drive home.

Thanks for that. There's certanly no shortage of wildlife in your area. All looks pretty healthy. Is the oil anywhere near you ?

Nah - no oil here.

Point Lookout is deep within the safe confines of the Chesapeake Bay; the worst case computer models put the oil far off the coast from us in about 12 months, out by the Continental Shelf - which is some 150 to 200 miles from the mouth of the Bay.

Our biggest problem is runoff from farms and urban areas. It makes the Bay inhospitable to a lot of the sea life that it is renown for: blue crabs, oysters, clams, rock fish, croaker and others.
