I just sent an e-mail to Matt Miller about an issue with my Pro Angler and got his out of office notification that he would not be back until 9-1-2010.

Who can I communicate with to get information on a problem I am having with my front handle?

Thank you.

Hey MM, do you know if the front handle on a PA will withstand the pull of a rope to allow someone to stand up... Or should I say assist a person to stand up??? Thanks

As much stuff as I carry on mine and drag it on the sand to the water, I would bet it will.

Not yet, got a response from a Hobie rep and he suggests a remedy that may require dealer involvement.

I think I will contact my dealer, they are just great as Hobie..........if not greater!!!

Hey MM, let me know what your issues are and if your still having trouble.

Not saying I could help much, but willing to add another voice.

Thanks, but Hobie is taking very, very good care of me on my kayak issues.

I am extremely satisfied with all the customer care they give.
