Rod Waterhouse took another 1st today. William Edwards also took a first in this morning's races. They are on the water again after lunch for, an intended, 3 more back-to-back.

Sunny, 91 degrees and about 10 kts or a bit more.

We have a bunch of image galleries up... All linked to from the blog.

This one has a nice variety from the opening ceremony, beach action and on the water.

Final day of Women and youth event. We got two races off this morning, but during lunch a front has come over and stopped the action. 12 races in the can, so we have a solid series. Seems the leaders of each are well ahead, so no racing required to determine a winner but, we are on hold for a few hours.

Some nice photos now apearing on the hobieworlds.com and Hobie Factory blog sites. We are getting some on-the-water stuff from the local organizers. These two from New Caledonia... yeah, it's like this at the event.

Unfortunately... I am land-locked as part of the boat beach crew. We may get a ride on the course a some point, but only at the weather or leeward mark roundings I hear. They are not allowing general media boats onto the course. They do have professional video teams working the event and are making an event video. We do not have access to the footage right now.

Three races today. Two in 12-15 kts... One in 25 kts this afternoon. Straight on-shore again, so launching was...interesting.
