broke the left side tension lock buckle. tried to repair with a 1" field repair buckle but wont work unless I rip all the stitching out. The straps are riveted to seat. Is there a repair kit? do I need a new seat? is it covered under warranty?

It happened to me yesterday, too! If you find a fix or Hobie can warranty, let me know.

Contact your dealer for warranty questions. They will file a claim for you.

ems has a field repair buckle for a couple of dollars seems to be working fine. Thanks Matt and welcome back! Seems a waste to file a claim if there is a easy fix.
