Speaking of fraying sheets, it's time to replace my high mileage main with new line.

Can anyone tell me the size and length to do this properly?

Like to hear your thoughts on alternatives to Hobie's line, as well. It was not in stock locally.

Mahalo!

You can take the sheet off the boat and take it to any marine store (like West Marine) measure it and buy a line that feels good to your hand.

There is nothing special about the line Hobie is using. You can spend a lot for a super low stretch line but if you do I think you'll be waisting your money. Save it for when you need to buy new Spectra line for your rudder controls.
