Maybe a silly idea, but...

What if we installed the standard Mirage mast reciever (84550001) in the forward section of each ama on the TI - do you think it would be possible to just stick a regular sail kit (like 84514001) into each reciever, route the sheet for each back through the pad eye at the aft of each ama and into the rear cockpit? 3 sails might be interesting?

Oooowwww. Now your think'n. We thrive on silly ideas. I think you may be onto something here. You would have to position the masts correctly along the Amas length to get the correct sailing balance. You wouldn't want too much sail area forward or aft. Perhaps if the mast mount was on an adjustable rail attached to the Akas's just above the Amas. Then you could play around with the position without first attacking the Amas with a chainsaw.

Get to work tspbrady. We all expect a proyotype by the end of the week.

You could have the first sailboat with three sails next to each other. Now if only you could get around the problem of the windward sail casting a wind shadow on the other two you might really have something.
