I very recently collected my new dune AI, and sold off my 2009 model this last week. I bought the red one off a dealer in Canberra who travelled down to Jindabyne NSW Australia, to demonstrate it. It subsequently got the name Jindabyne Gypsy which proved to be a good one as it was a nomad most of the time. Now its gone the new owner intends to car-top it interstate a bit so its name remains relevant.

I have been thinking for a new name for the 2011 model which I will signwrite onto the poop deck. I do like the new dune colour and the cosmetic changes are nice so have almost firmed up on 'Pirate's Treasure' for its name. I will give it more thought next week when I am away, then cut the sign. Any suggestions are welcome.
Here is my new treasure:

I was wondering if anyone else goes to the bother of giving their treasure a name and if so what? ...Pirate

How about "Gippsland Ghost", in honour of the new colour?

All my vehicles get "Pet" names, so it was just logical that my TI would also get one.

I now refer to my dune TI as "Malleus". It the Latin word of my nickname - Hammer.

I'm actually considering getting some marine decals made and sticking them on either side of the bow. 8)

Nice try Chris but too close to the name 'Grey Ghosts' or Parking Officer, which I am NOT fond of...Pirate

I was thinking of maybe 'Pirate's Galleon'...what about that?...Pirate

Might have to do with the colour of their uniforms Chris....I see these days here they cheat and put on a police look a like uniform. Guess most of them are just 'wanna bees' when it boils down to it.

Any of your signwriters will do it for a price Hammer. There are online decal makers. I cut a few signs but I like to measure and install my own work....Pirate

Hey Pirate, what about "Arrrrrrrrrrrr"?
You could put a stuffed parrot up the mast too. I'll let you figure out how to keep it up there though... 8)

My 2011 AI has a serial number 0666. So I called it 'Triple Hex'
