Sorry for the slow response guys, the Wave Deflectors aren't on that site but that is the company. If you email them, they will organise it for you. They are all good people!
Please note tho guys that the standard WD does require some remodelling to fit the Adventure, best achieved by 5" Grinder and cutting disk and also the marking and drilling of the mounting holes... So make sure you realise this before purchasing and then asking why it doesnt fit!!

Shufoy,
Excellent idea. Video does a very nice job illustrating it, especially when the bow tries to dive under a wave but re-emerges very quickly, like a second or so. The deflector clearly worked.
What do you think of putting deflectors on each of the amas to effectively end the diving under waves problem?
I discussed the problem in my recent picture-story of our 6-day AI-camping trip here in S FL.

As I gave more thought to it, the idea of a wave deflector came to me also. I was going to fashion a pretty ugly deflector to try it out. Ironically, I was outside taking pictures of my boats to illustrate some points. When I walked in, looked on the computer and there was your post. I was in semi-shock to see you could buy something off the shelf--great find. Not sure where we can find it in the states, but there must be something similar.
Thanks for your post.
Keith
Thanks Keith, i'm glad you liked it mate!
I would avoid putting them on the ama's for the resaons mentioned regarding strength particuarly. Its great for the bow, and easily removed and refitted. Just for those days, with excess chop and lots of following sea running.
