Matt, What happens if you pour?
It's just messy, and the stuff is expensive, so you don't want to waste it.
I'll be mixing about a pint and a half for my finish coat, looks like a lot of shots with a syringe.
Depends on the syringe - you can get the WEST System #807 syringe that holds 0.5 fluid ounces, or this bad boy:

). Only 5 shots per pint.
I'm just spraying a 6 inch wide strip down my keels. My plan is to shoot the first coat without the Duratec, let cure tacky, then spray a coat with the Duratec and follow with PVA. How does that sound to you?
Sounds like a plan. Wait until the second cost starts to cure before you shoot the PVA.
