We had a great first sail this past Saturday, June 4th, 2011 after one of the longest wettest springs in Seattles history. We did not have temperatures over 70 degrees for 210 days or so!

Sunny and 76 degrees and north wind 9-16. We sailed for 2 hours 34 minutes. We sailed 22.72 miles, averaged 8.8 mph and had a 17.4 Max speed.

Nothing special on the video other than we were sailing cautious so we would not get too wet as it was cold!

Great video and this is the reason I got one. Now if I can ever chase down all the demons to where I can just sail. Getting the gudgeon's fixed now. I see sail problems and the new set just arrived today. When I dropped off the boat to fix the transom I realized stitching is coming out on half the trap so I'll get that fixed during the repair. I can't wait for 2 1/2 hours and 20 miles.

Thanks for the inspiration.
