Are the turbo fins worth the price/trouble of putting them on, over ther performance of the standard mirage drive fins?

Standard equipment on newer PAs, so I think the consensus is that it is well worth it .

Yes, they require just a bit more effort, albeit not at all objectionable, but allow the PA to obtain the same speeds as the Outback, Revolution, etc., when those boats are using the regular fins.

I have a Pro Angler as well as an Outback, just for the heck of it I swapped the regular small drive fins from the OB to the PA and the turbo fins from the PA to the OB. the turbo fins woke up the OB, it made a big difference in how it takes off and cruises. the PA was a slug with the regular small fins from the OB. I ended up buying a set of turbo fins and turbo fin masts for the OB.

Never put any on but I know they are nice, it moves the PA at a very smooth pace. It comes with the large turbo fins on it stock.
