Hi, I'm thinking of buying a new Pro Angler. I'm 6'3" and 280lbs, Will I fit without my knees being in my face when I paddle. Anyone else my size? :o Aloha

Kona,

I have a Pro Angler and I love it! Believe me you will have more than enough room even to stand if you want. You do mean peddle rather than paddle because you do not want to paddle the Pro Angler for a long time. I only paddle launching and beaching to not risk damage to the Mirage drive. Just remember a PA is heavier than the other Hobie kayaks so consider your method of transport as I use a trailer other than that, get one and you will not be disappointed.

I am 6'3" and around 205 lbs., there is more than enough leg room, you will find the PA very stable too with plenty of room for you and your gear. I bought mine without a demo.

I'm 6'7" 220 lbs and I actually have to move the seat up a bit....I also carry my 50lb son along on calm lake days behind me. You'll have no problems at all.
