My custom trailer is just about finished and I will be fitting the cradles to accommodate the AI & TI

Am I right in thinking that the 2 TI cradles are exactly the same and don't have 'right way round' ?

The AI cradles obviously have a front and a rear cradle , but also each individual cradle is tapered so has a front and rear?

Thanks

Yes.. and yes.

Fore aft spacing is critical to the fit of the AI cradles. Should be at 67". The TI can be spaced further apart, but being side by side... 67" will work. Use a bow support on the TI.

How do we use a bow support on the double Trailex trailers with the warning in the instructions not to attach anything to the tongue or void it's warranty?

Good question. Never heard that one. We added a forward x bar, but I'm told it is not necessary, just added support for good measure.

Also, to clarify... 67" spacing is a glove fit (TI too) on the hulls and amas. Further apart will fit the hull a bit looser.

Trailex says the limitation on attachments to the tongue is related to any welding or drilling. You can add parts via their T bolt track mounting hardware.

Thanks Matt, I will post pics when it is all finished. I will have to think about that bow support!
