My cup holders (next to coolers) fill up with water (rain/sea)..can i drill a hole in the bottom of them to drain into the hulls and empty out the back drainage holes of the hulls??

You could do that, but is there a way to connect the new drain holes to the cooler drains so you don't have to worry about any more water in the hulls? Or, could you run a line from the bottom of the cup holders to the side of the hulls? You would have to drill a hole in the side of the hull, but it would keep all of that water from pooring into your boat while sailing.
