I am thinking of purchasing the SUT-250-M2 to use my Pro Angler along with my Tandem. will this work?
Is the SUT-250-M2 the same as 38652200? :?:

The "SUT-250" is 250 lb capacity (72" crossbars).

Weight and crossbar width are your important factors. The Pro A plus the TI (328 lbs) will be too much for the 250 capacity and the crossbars are not wide enough. A TI with amas folded in plus the Pro A are at 86"

The Hobie Trailex double trailers have 550 lb capacity and wider crossbars. Either 84" or 96" wide. Our TI double-double [to carry two TIs] has the 96" crossbars.

Sounds like you need our Double-Double #38652201

Besides the Pro Angler, I also want to carry a Mirage Tandem kayak. Will it work with this configuration?

I see that I may have mis-understood what Tandem you have… I have referenced the Tandem Island above. A “Tandem” may also be the early version of what we call the Oasis or even the Outfitter. The Outfitter being the widest “Tandem” (two person model) and the Pro Angler would be at 72”. That is closer to working for you. The crossbars may have to be mounted asymmetrically on the trailer frame as the Pro A is a little wider. I'm not sure how that effects their upright or if you can leave that off.

Their combined weight is (Pro A and an Outfitter) is under 250 lbs.
