Thanks for the feeds guys. Have looked at BOM website at times but had not seen the detailed Willy Weather wind forecasts before. Will three options now help me or just add to my usual state of confusion??? We'll have to wait and see...

More likely add to the confusion. The other week they both showed 100% chance of rain and there was hardly a cloud all day.

Hey Chris, the other day we were up a Shoal Bay, and remember when we came back from Broughton and played around in small squalls before we came in to the beach. Well it was doing exactly the same thing. Tomaree headland must play around with the wind and turn it into willy willys or something. A couple of Hobie Cats were having a ball.

Yeah mate, I still have fond memories of Shoal Bay. It seems to be one of those magic places where you can get a decent wind, but no wind waves. I keep promising myself to get back up there. After all, it's only 100 miles (50 for you) .
