Ok,

So I purchased a 2012 TI with tramps, trailer, and new beach cart. Where I live there is usually ice on the lakes until May. But with this apocalyptic end-of-the-world typpe global warming sh^£ we are experiencing, (its been 70 degrees for about 4 days, and the lakes have thawed completely about 3 weeks ago). I am seriously considering taking delivery of the TI early. Meaning I might take delivery in April.

Here's the question. When taking delivery from a dealer for a brand new TI, what should I know? What should I look for? How do I know that I'm being sold a new unit? What should come with the boat? What service should they provide?

Thanks!!!!

Look for the hull number on the starboard stern (back right). The last two digits are the year the hull was manufactured, this is common to all boats.

Your dealer should help you put it together and set it up right on the trailer, so you can get familiar with all the parts. Think plug and play.

Cheers!

J
