I bought a Hobie 18 Clevis Pin Set. It came with 4 clevis pins and 1 mast step pin. I noticed that of the 4 pins 2 were a little bit shorted than the other 2.

Each shroud needs 3 pins and the forestay needs 2 pins and the bridles need 4 pins. Total 12 pins.

With the 4 they gave me, which should I change out of the 6 pins on the shrouds? Also why are there different sized clevis pins?
They were cheap 6.39$.

I've never seen any reason to change out a clevis pin. Just keep them for spares in case you lose one in the sand.
