Hi All

Is there a full list of what's new and/or changed on the 2012 TI model ?

I am aware of the all new rudder system, but I've also heard rumours of other
changes to the pedal mounts, and the Akas.

Any images of what has changed would be useful.

Many Thanks

Different seat mountings
Reinforced scuppers
Additional cleats for rudder uphaul/downhaul
Small elastic straps to maintain correct angles for "finding" pedals

They added a molded in Hobie Badge to the bow on the 2012s. Easiest way to spot the new hulls.

There are also MirageDrive guides. A pin in the drive and grooves in the boat to help line it up and keep it level.

I don't own a TI, but these changes are probably occurring on the AI also. In my opinion none of them are major. Rather they might be considered evolutionary improvements to functioning items.

A bungee looped through a hole in the bottom corner of the pedal around the pedal shaft works better (IMHO).
