Think I got a idea. Something like this deer crane.

Only make mine with a adjustable height and boom length. Leave it on the truck with a double stinger adapter. My suburban is lifted so, I have to build something.

I am looking at options to help with over the top of the truck loading when hauling my fifth wheel. I will need to load on a front mounted rack. This won't work but gives me some ideas.

It would if you installed a front hitch. I have a ARB bumper that has a front stinger. Helps to put the trailer in tight spots.

Well, here is my two cents but will cost you a few bucks. If you installed a winch on your front bumper, electric or manual, you could run the line over the top of your truck and connect it to your yak. Just a thought.
