I think I'll name mine Shangri-La after the boat my Dad served on in the Navy. There's a strong resemblance to the PA, don't you think?

While I was launching the other morning, a couple walked over to ask about my PA14. After I explained the Mirage Drive, the guy said "It's like walking on water."

"Water Strider" wouldn't be bad, would it?

Will be having a friend airbrush "Padillac" on each side of mine along with some kind of decoration wrapped around the bow. I realize we don't really do a lot of paddling but I like it as the boat is sooooo sweet!!! :D

Hey basskicker -- How about "Pedallac?"

I've seen a photo of a 'yak decorated with the P-40 shark mouth. I don't know if it was a decal (it would sell like crazy!) or a custom paint job. But it looked cool as heck.
