Been a while since I released a video clip, but for regular viewers, I think you'll find the wait was worth it. Lots of surface action kayak fishing (from AI) in this clip, featuring salmon, snapper, mackerel, tuna and sharks. Weighs in at 22 mins, but action packed from start to finish. Enjoy :-)

Great vids!!!

I'm interested in the seat you have on your AI...
What info can you give me on it...
It definately looks more comfortable than the hobie seat I'm using on my Adventure and Revo...

God Bless,
Doc S

It was awesome, hey are you using an external mic? you sound quality is very good.

Are you recording using all gopros at 720 or do you record at 1080 then save as 720?

I made a couple of videos myself, but yours are at another level.

Thanks for sharing
Dan

That is some unreal fishing. Those were some intense battles!

Excellent quality video. You weren't kidding when you said action from start to finish. That one tuna battle was epic! I thought the fish eas going to yank you out of your seat! Thanks :D

Thanks for comments guys. More to come soon :-)

Dan, yes I use an external mic. No other way to get good audio I don't think. It is attached to my PFD. And I record at 720p 60FPS on the forward and aft cans, but in 1080p in the aka mounted cam.

DocS, thats a folding Skipper seat. I have written a lot about it, including how to install it at my site. Type in skipper seat in the search box at yakass.net and you'll see several articles come up. And yes, its much more comfy than the standard Hobie seat, but really only good for a yak like the AI or TI (used as tri or outrigger), as they alter centre of gravity and make a monohull less stable.
