Awesome Fish! That's a beast of a Brownie. One of the things we have done in the past for fish that are still green is use a small spray bottle filled with grain alcohol. Spray it on the gills and after about 30 seconds or so you can bleed the fish if you need to. That fish didn't need it though. :D :D

What kind and what length rods are you using?

I was using a Shimano Curado with 30 lbs braid and an old ugly stick i re wrapped it think its 7.5. Thanks for the info on grain alcohol.
