I have a mirage tandem island. I want to keep the boat in the water on the lake that we sail on in central NY. I have installed trampolines and with the amas out it is harder to pull the boat up on the shore. Here is my question: how strongly attached are the padeyes in the bow and stern of the boat (the stern padeye is the one that the mainsheet block is attached to). If I run a line from the bow padeye to the dock and a line from the stern padeye to a tree to tie the boat between, are these attachment point strong enough to hold the boat in 15-20 knots of wind and moderate chop? Would the akas be a better attachment point?
