I had a 16' Precision that lost her rudder in 20+ kts. It was in the middle of the week, and no other boats to be found, and we were just spinning in circles
Along came a kid in a H14. Tossed him a line, and he towed us in about a mile flying a hull the whole time !!
Awesome...had to get one after that.

i've done it with my pro angler!

idiot in a johnboat, with 2 dead batteries for his trolling motor. shoved up in the mangroves begging for a tow during a torrential downpour/lightning/wind..
he was so worried about all the ater coming into his boat, he was bailing it out and it would not track straight....was like towing a boulder.
...did i get him back to shore, yes...
...was it easy, no
