Hobie evolve does not come with rudder mount for hobie inflatables. Any special reasons for this? Is that because the rudder connection point of hobie inflatables is not strong enough?

Correct. The rudder mount on the inflatable is too flexible, so the eVolve would bend and twist it due to weight and thrust.
