What is the bungie on the front of the mast for ? Is it to be used to prevent mast rotation when store with the mast up ? if so, how. No mention of this thingie in the manual as far as I can see. THX

its for the jib lines, so they dont get tangled....clip one side of the bungy to the eye on the top of the crossbar that the jib line runs thru and the do the same on the other side....it'll prevent the jib lines from getting caught in the mast base
