Hello...I got my Hobie Outback last month, and there are two big pieces of foam inside...they are not glued-down. Are they supposed to stay inside, or are they supposed to be removed? Thanks... :D

The foam blocks are supposed to stay inside. They provide flotation should the hull be compromised. I, like a lot of folks, toss in several pool noodles in addition to the foam blocks that are already there to improve the emergency flotation capability.

Enjoy your Outback!

Keep the foam where it is at in the kayak. The foam gives the plastic extra support and helps the plastic retain its shape.
