My wife and I just took out a PA 12 as a Demo yesterday. Loved it so we purchased the demo and an additional PA 12! One in Dune and one in Olive. We will be picking them up next weekend so there is a ton I need to do to get ready. I have an enclosed trailer that I am going to use to haul and store them as well as moving my fishing gear into the trailer. One of my questions is should I mount a railing kit in the trailer for the yaks to sit on or will they be OK flat riding on the wood floor for a while? We are picking up the Yak's next weekend and will be out on the delta Saturday trying for some black bass.

I have some ideas for mounting the rod holders on the wall along with tackle storage etc... It will take some months to get this all done but it will be nice.

Take a look at Ed's Facebook page "Everything Kayak". He's done some nice project work for his PA and had good photo album to demonstrate. Should give you some great ideas.

Ed has the best solution I've seen for PA's on a trailer. Works really well.

I've looked at his setup and am going to do something similar. I'll post pictures soon.
