I am looking for a 4-5 foot (1-1.5 meter) piece of h18 mast to repair my h21se mast. Someone must have broken one over the years. I am in Germany but can easily arrange shipping from anywhere.

I am pretty sure that those mast (the 18 and 21) don't share the same profile...... :?

Ahh but Bill...
Supposedly the 18 mast can make a sleeve that fits right inside the 21 mast (after cutting off the sail track).

I have an old 18 mast that is no longer in use due to corrosion around the mast rotator. I am selling the comptip (once I remove it), and have no use for the rest of the mast. I could find a clean/uncorroded piece of the extrusion and send it.

Bob : be warned that US Hobie parts are different from European ones ! They look very much alike but differ enough to NOT fit.

Europeguy

My HC21SE is from 1988 and was made in the States, it has a non tapered/non-comptip mast. The older H18 mast is supposed to slide inside the 21 mast after taking off the sailtrack.
