Hi guys, newbie here. I just purchase a used 2009 PA14. It's in great condition, BUT the mesh of the seat is starting to come off:

How do I fix this problem? I tried to do a search on here with no results. I also need to clean some mold spots, what’s the best way to do this. Thanks!

The black rubber spacer is removable. Take the rubber out and place the seat material back in the grove then insert the rubber into the grove. Just like replacing a screen door screen.

It is not broke just pulling loose from the grove.

Good Luck

He meant to say "groove" of course.

For mold spots, a weak solution of household bleach does the trick. Or just buy a bottle of bathroom mold and mildew remover.

Ok I tried to remove the black strip and it won't come off? I sure I'm doing something wrong... Anyone knows a video or pictures to demonstrate how to install the mesh fabric????

Looks like you have to remove the seat from the boat and remove the screws from behind the seat. Just in case anyone needs to know.
