Matt, maybe you can answer this one.

Planning to upgrade my H14T blocks with a used set off of my H17. These would be Harken 6:1s. The H17 is being blessed with a new set of Harken Carbo's.

Anyway, noticed the local Hobie dealer had a nice looking main block
for the Hobie Getaway priced at about $75 bucks.

Question then, would the Getaway main block have the stamina and strength to work on the H14T?

Thx, Tom G

As long as the blocks fit properly I don't see why not-I believe the Getaway has similar or more main sail area (I.e close to the same amount of force on the block). Now, if it will fit might be a problem. The Getaway has a boomless design so the block goes right to a grommet in the sail. Like I said, if it fits it should work but the 17 block set might do a little bit better (and you can see if it fits).
