Each time trying to have him speak with his dealer - any issue will be resolved. They tried reaching out to him directly with no luck in contacting him.
It is fine to post on the forum - and get feedback, but anything that needs to be repaired or replaced will be handled by a dealer (any dealer can get replacement parts no his purchasing shop - so he can choose to visit his nearest shop). We just need a dealer to submit a claim to get a replacement crossbar shipped out.
As we always say - if you need anything for your Hobie kayak - contact a dealer first - they are the starting point.
User feedback on forums is always helpful - but in the end it doesn't fix an issue - the dealer will. link:
