My first 18 got some new glass on her port hull, and got some new gel coat last night, gonna get some nice sanding going today.

I added foot straps! I had grip tape back there but found it wasn't enough in a decent chop. I was really loathe to drill holes in my baby...

Just picked up my boat after having it glued and put the tramp back on. I got drum tight and the boat is so stiff now its unbelievable.
