What to do with a soft spotted boat.... cut 24 inches out of the width.... drill some oar locks

it goes pretty fast... and straight...

Dad bought it new in 1972. Sail 1276, Hull 1710. First pic is Dad, my sister and I in approx 1985. Hobie's been sitting unused since about 1990. Dad passed away a year and a half ago and I couldn't bear to get rid of it so it's now sitting in my driveway getting ready for a cleanup. Second pic is my twins checking out my favorite cruising position. Looking forward to some new memories with my family. Lots to learn!
