I lost my cassette plug to a wave not long after I got my boat. I bought a replacement and intended to mount an eye and boltsnap on it. I was lazy and didn't do that and now i've lost that one overboard.

I ordered a new one and intended to mount an eye and boltsnap before i took it near the boat.

Well the new cassette plug has a molded eye on it! They also added a web to support the allignment tabs. I know why, as my first plug had a crack there that let in water. The plug also has a textured finish to it now - probably to help it seal better.

I heard rumors that the new drivewell plugs would also be snugger fit, so less sloshing up occurred. Can you confirm that? And we really would love a picture to drool over.
