We sail our Getaway on lakes that have cement boat launches, we don't have the luxury of landing it on a sandy beach. I am wondering if I should change my ways, riding the getaway up a cement ramp is very convenient and easy. However, I have noticed some scratches on the bottom of the hulls. Does anyone else do this? Do you have a better idea for coming into the dock? For example, I used to jump off at the last second and stop the boat from riding up the ramp. Thoughts?

Best to avoid grinding it on the ramp every time. Especially sailing directly onto the ramp. Better to roll on beach wheels or stall in the water and gently drag up the ramp. Carpet rolled out on the ramp maybe?
