greetings. I just bought a used H14, want to get trapeze wires for it. Does anyone have installation instructions, and is installation hard? Thanks!!!!!

The Hobie 17 Sport manual has a good illustration of trapeze wire layout.

Hobie 14 wires hang from the same shackle as shrouds and forestay. Bungee runs under the tramp frame.

Hopefully you mean you picked up a Hobie 14 Turbo. I don't think the 14 uni-rig can support a trapeze. If you have a Turbo (or conversion), you can download the H14 Turbo addendum here at the Hobie web site under the support heading. Not sure if Hobie still sells the whole Turbo conversion kit anymore.

The uni-rig races with a trapeze - you just need to have a dolphin striker. I was able to repurpose a H-17 dolphin striker, but it was a project. I think Hobie still sells the retrofit kit that's much easier to install.
