New Pro Angler 14 owner with a question. It may be a week or so before my Hobie PA12/14 cradle set comes in and I'm wondering if it would be acceptable to store the boat right side up on a flat garage floor until the cradles arrive.

It's a bit tough for one person to turn that thing upside down to store it on some sawhorses and all the attached gear makes it a tough storage position anyway. My plan is to make a good sturdy rack with the cradles incorporated so that it sits upright with proper support.

Thanks,

I do it often but put some outdoor furniture pads under it. Loads are then likely more distributed than with the Hobie saddles on my Trailex trailer.

Thanks, Alan. Good idea. I'm pretty sure the cradles will be here by Friday so I hope to have it on a proper rack by Saturday. Thanks again for the response!

Ben
