My arms must be slightly longer than yours! I managed to reach in through the centre hatch (at the extreme extent of my arms!) to attach the nyloc nuts to the screws.
You might be able to do it if you use a socket and ratchet to hold the nut, which someone else screws it in from above. The extra handles made thing much easier to move the Revo around.
