Awesome set up man! I have one serious question! How did you get the sticker to stay on the surface of the hatch? I had a custom name and picture done up for mine and it wouldn't adhere to it at all!

Sorry... It took way to long for me to respond...
So I had he same problem at first. I ended up taking the whole lid off and used a blow dryer to heat up the sticker and make it more plyable. I pressed down with my fingers real hard after heating up each spot and then left it in the sun for a while. The same day I applied some polly that is marine grade. Bad idea... I made the lid look like it had been sitting in a room full of smokers! It turned yellow! So I bought some rustolium spray paint and dusted the edges. Both the spray paint and the polly flaked off the edges because he surface is too smooth. So I used some average sand blocks to remove the paint from the edge and the end result was good but I'm not sure how long it will last.

Awesome work!! quality installs make me happy..lol

one thing you may want to look into is the spacing and PVC on your cart.. I've been led to believe that you want the cross supports more toward the ends of the boat and to use a smaller (2") Pvc that will conform to the hull of the boat when resting.. the closer cross supports and larger pipes may not have enough give to distribute the weight across the bottom.. if it looks like it's only touching a few feet in the center it could still depress the hull.

It could be just fine, I'm only regurgitating information i found when looking into building a cart.
