The drain plugs for the hull are same as H20 - and still available from any dealer - not sure about the cockpit drains - those are showing discontinued so you might need to make one:

The hull plug thread is also what is used on our small kayak drain plugs.

79050211 DRAIN PLUG - 3/8" W O-RING&KEEPER

Cockpit plugs were basically a rubber cork. You can drill a hole through them to run a keeper line though.
