This is on the wall of the Waterfront HQ at Boy Scout Camp Gorton, Waneta Lake, NY. Painted by my friend Brett Powell.

and this is the photo from which Brett painted the mural. Awesome, no?

That's an awsome picture!

It would go very well on t-shirts too!

What a great idea. I like it! I am sending a copy to my favorite screen-printer as we speak.

In the meantime, have two computers on my desk so I have the photo as a screensaver on one computer and the mural on the other. Multi-multi-hulling-tasking... 8)

Over the years I have posted some other neat things like this, like my Ho-Ho-Hobie Christmas stocking, but all the photos have disappeared  Where's they go Matt?

The images are not hosted on our server, so you have to place them where they can stay for longer periods. Perhaps your links go bad.

Thanks Matt - I didn't know that the photos weren't on your server - THAT explains a lot  They were on JaimeZX's server who I see does not seem to be around. Anyone hear from him lately? I pray that he's still Hobie'in around bcause he wasn't actually hangin' in the safest hood last we knew.

bphendril, on a lighter note - I will let you know as soon as I hear from Luke, my screenprinter. Another idea, not as good, make iron-on transfers with a good printer and transfer paper. I can do that. I'll let you know how it works.
